If after 72 hours payment is not implemented the order will be canceled. If you are a new customer, the first order must always be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

All merchandise will only be delivered upon payment as agreed and conditions expressed in the making.

Note: Your order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment. All items are delivered in safe containers. 7 - Warranty

All items are covered by 2-year warranty, as Article 5 of Decree-Law. 67/2003.

The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer and the cost of the goods order will be the responsibility of AT informática, Lda.

The resolution will be presented at most 30 days after confirmation of the failure of the part or accessory and guaranteed that it does not have damage caused by wear and tear or damage caused.

  

8 - Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

8.1 Return type

Faulty Product - You should contact our online customer support.

Returns for transport damage - The deadline to make a claim for the shipping damage will be 48 hours from the date of delivery which must be registered with the carrier tab visible damage to the packaging. You must return the goods to AT Informatica within the framework of the right to cancel, possibly including compensation for lost value by the customer, depending on the conditions in which it is the article, you may suffer a devaluation of the price paid

AT Informática will issue the respective credit note using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement, the costs of return and referral of products will be the responsibility of the costumer, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

8.3 Reimbursement

We will refund all payments received, excluding delivery charges (except extra costs for having chosen a delivery type other than the standard type available).

 

We will make a refund using the same payment method you made in the initial transaction, unless you tell us otherwise; in any case, no fee will be charged.

 

The refund will be retained until the order is returned or if evidence is provided that you have shipped the goods back.

The value to be refunded can be altered as a result of the customer manipulating the nature, characteristics and operation of the parts, in addition to what is necessary, changing the conditions of the parts and / or their essential operating characteristics.

 

We have the right to recover the value up to 100% of the price paid on the order. This amount may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
